Note: Your subscription requires a troop representative to come in to place and then pick up the flag for each holiday. The troop uses a 1' deep PVC pipe as a "socket" in which to insert the flag. The PVC "socket" remains behind for the flag to be installed for the next holiday. The PVC socket is installed so that the top is just below lawnmower depth.
